Return Policy

House of Halei aims to provide the best customer service and a pleasant shopping experience. If by any chance you are not satisfied with your item(s) we will accept your return within 5 business days of you receiving your order. 

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged in their original condition with tags still attached. 

If all return guidelines are followed we will be happy to issue you a store credit for future purchases with us. 

All items returned to House of Halei must include original invoice and are at the expense of the customer.

Bodysuits, swimwear, and accessories are final sale due to sanitation. 

Sale items will be final, only regular priced items may be refunded. 

Original shipping fees are NOT refundable or applicable to store credit when returning.
